NEEDLES RAINBOWS CELEBRATE WORLD THINKING DAY 2016

Rainbows from the Needles Section together with Guiders enjoyed an afternoon of games and dance to celebrate World Thinking Day 2016.   Members of Girlguiding IW attended the recent Volunteer Fair at Ventnor Botanic Garden. SANTA SPECIALS FOR RAINBOWS AND BROWNIES.

Dozens of members of Girlguiding IW from the Puckpool Rainbow and Brownie Sections enjoyed a visit to the IW Steam Railway, Havenstreet recently. Back in 1955, on 18th June, a Girlguiding County rally was held at Carisbrooke Castle, with the then World Chief Guide, Olave, Lady Baden- Powell attending.
