Members of Girlguiding Isle of Wight have certainly got into the Christmas spirit recently. Although the Newport Christmas Carnival was cancelled, due to bad weather, 11th Newport Rainbows wanted to show off their excellent Penguin costumes to Newport shoppers and marched proudly around the town one evening with their leaders.
