10th Newport Brownies have, once again, had one of their Summer adventures with a visit to Appley Park, Ryde for tree climbing with the team from Goodleaf.
After instruction from the tree climbing experts even the most apprehensive Brownies were up, up and away in the branches.
Brownie leader Felicity Harris said, “As always we had a fantastic time at Goodleaf and managed to avoid the rain. Their team of instructors were, as always. expert and patient with the Brownies making it a great experience for them. We had a packed lunch and games in the park before going home.
