Girlguiding nationally has been involved with Parliament Week for some years.

Over the years some IW units have taken part. Units have had visits from PAs to our MP but this year some units taking part had a visit from the then MP-Bob Seely.
At sessions Bob answered questions from all the girls on the general running of Parliament eg. how many seats in the House of Commons etc.
He also agreed to photos and now the General Election has been decided and Bob is still our MP we are able to publish these on our website.

Girls enjoyed discovering the various aspects of the working of Parliament and activities have included voting processes and discussions.
