Girlguiding, the UK’s leading charity for girls and young women, has launched Adventures At Home  see link above– an online hub packed with fun activities and wellbeing and resilience resources to support children and young people across the UK.
This charity has curated a collection of their favourite fun indoor activities to entertain children and young people of all ages through the Coronavirus crisis, opening up its world-famous programme for everyone to enjoy. Wellbeing and resilience resources include meditation tips, breathing techniques and how to build support networks.
These easy resources are available to everybody for fun, adventure and support during this challenging time. People do not need to be a member of Girlguiding to give these a try, nor do they need any special kit.

Adventures At Home is supported by global adventurer and Girlguiding ambassador Anna McNuff, who ran 2,352 miles barefoot across the UK to inspire girls last year. Anna ran on the Isle of Wight last November as well as joining Girlguiding IW members for a special evening.

Girlguiding is open to all girls aged five to 18, giving them the opportunity to explore new interests and build their confidence.
