Girlguiding IW members from across the Island met at the end of November for the 2025 edition of County Training. This day gives all members the chance to catch up on Trainings, meet with other members and enjoy crafts with other like minded leaders. These craft skills can then be passed on to the girls and young women in the units.
Island Trainers were joined by Janet Parker MBE from Hampshire. Janet told all those present that she likes to undertake Trainings on the Isle of Wight as she has family connections on the Island and spent many happy childhood holidays at Island resorts.
