11-16 year old age range so would be Guides and Rangers.
The concept is teams of three, they have to come up with a main course for four people using local ingredients, they have to be able to cook and serve it in two hours. They send in their menu including recipes. A panel will look at the entries and pick 6 teams to go in to the final cook off. The college will provide all ingredients (there is a budget no lobster, truffles etc). The final will be held at the Isle of Wight College.
