With a closing date of 28th November there is just time for photographers to enter this year’s photographic competition which is being organised by the Isle of Wight Digital Imaging Group (IWDIG).
Any photographers currently resident on the Island are invited to submit photographs taken during 2013 for this year’s theme – ‘Every Picture Tells a Story’.
An online gallery of short listed entrants provided by the Isle of Wight Photo Agency and an exhibition of short listed photographs is to be held at Dimbola Museum & Galleries from the11th January until 30th March 2014.
This year’s competition will be judged by David Betts, one of the Island’s foremost professional photographers, Christian Warren, Editor of Style of Wight and Dr Rachel Flynn, Exhibitions and Collections Coordinator at Dimbola Museum and Galleries.
After judging the winner will receive a state of the art Olympus Pen E-M2 digital camera and a solo exhibition at Dimbola Museum and Galleries during the Autumn of 2014.
