Since 2006, the Tuesday of Cowes Week has been our unique take on a Ladies Day as seen at other British Summer Season events. The day celebrates the contribution and achievement of women in sailing and recognises some of the major successes of women in the sport. This year, the prestigious day is presented by Official Gin Sponsor, Slingsby.
Cowes Week sees many mixed crews, as well as female only crews, and all ladies out racing are encouraged to wear their seafaring navy-and-white stripes. Our prizegiving RIB will be out on the water looking for ladies in stripes after racing.
